Herewith we inform you that on November 11, 2016, the Shevchenkivska District Administration of Lviv assigned a mail address to the “PARUS” residential building and now the building with stunning views of the TOWER OF THE HIGH CASTLE is located at 28, Lypynskoho Street.

PARUS won the award in the category: the best residential complex with innovative modern architecture 2016.

The Ukrainian Building Community held a ceremony of warding the BEST RESIDENTIAL COMPLEXES IN KYIV AND THE KYIV REGION with Building Awards 2016.
On December 2, the IQ Business Center hosted a ceremony of awarding the best residential complexes of Kyiv and the Kyiv Region with Building Awards 2016. The Ukrainian Building Community named the winners in 13 categories.

The residential complexes were evaluated using thereal estate classifier, proposed by the company “City Development Solutions”.

The independent consultant rating the best residential complexes in Kyiv and the Kyiv Region in 2016 was the company “Baker Tilly Ukraine”, which selectively checked questionnaires of the participants and examined the questionnaires for the reliability of the companies that were in the top three in each of the nominations. A total number of 489 questionnaires were submitted to participate in the contest.

Our company PARUS received an award in the nomination “The residential complex with the best innovative modern architecture 2016”.

PARUS was awarded a prize of the EEA Real Estate Project Awards.

PARUS won an award in the nomination “The best house in the region” of the international EEA Real Estate Project Awards. The awarding Ceremony was held on November 24, 2016.

Eastern Europe and Asia Real Estate Project Awards (EEA Real Estate Project Awards) is a professional international award in the field of real covering the markets of Georgia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova. It was organized by the Ukrainian Club (URE Club) together with EuropaProperty.com with the support of EY.

Prestigious international architectural competitions not only award developers’ achievements, but, also, serve as an indicator of the latest trends in construction.

PARUSWAS COMMISSIONED

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ASSOCIATED MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE BUILDING COOPERATIVE “PARUS”!

The HBC «PARUS» is pleased to inform the associated members of HBC «PARUS» that the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine commissioned, in accordance with legislation, the apartment building with built-in facilities for public use and an underground parking located at: 26, Lypynskoho Street, Lviv, which is confirmed by the receipt of the Certificate of the Building Readiness for Use. In connection with the above said, the HBC «PARUS» begins the initial stage of preparation of documents necessary for registering the ownership rights of the associated members of the cooperative for apartments and other residential premises (including parking places).

Within the next ten (10) working days, the HBC “PARUS” managers will send per Email to each associated member of the cooperativea draft technical passport for their apartments and / or other non-residential premises.

After getting acquainted with the draft technical passport, associated cooperative members will agree per telephone with the manager the date and time of the examination of rooms and / or other non-residential premises and, in the absence of comments relating to any faults in the technical characteristics of the premises (residential and non-residential), sign three copies of the Report of Acceptance and Transfer of the Premises. In case there are any questions regarding the measurements made, an associated member of the cooperative in the presence of the measuring specialist will perform re-measurements and agree on the final are; after that,the technical passport is issued.

After signing the Report of Acceptance and Transfer of the Premises (residential and non-residential) by the associated member and receiving the technical passport, the mentioned documents will be sent to the Accounting Department of the “PARUS” HBC, which:
- calculates the amount to be returned to the associated members (if the area is less in comparison with the area specified in the contract with the associated member)
or
- makes out an invoice (sends a written notice by e-mail) for additional payment to the share contribution in the manner prescribed by the contract (if the size of the apartment is more than the area specified in the contract with theassociated member).

In case of an additional payment, the associated member agrees to make such an additional payment within 15 calendar days onto the bank accounts of the HBC “PARUS” or indicate the bank account onto which the excess funds of the paid share contribution should be paid back.

After the final calculations, the Head of the “PARUS” HBC will sign all copies of the Report of Acceptance and Transfer of the Premises and a certificate of full payment of the share contributions.

The next stage is the meeting of the associated member of the Cooperative with the lawyers who will provide the legal support associated with the preparation of a set of documentsnecessary for registering the ownership right.
