The residential complex “Parus LIFE” takes a special place in the collection of projects by Parus Development company and sets the fashion for a modern city by its unique architectural style.

You will not find standard elements, and you will immediately recognize the individual style of the new buildings built by the company. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a bold design solution of the facade are embodied in a distinct wave of the front line of the building, creating a nice apartment complex, in the construction of which everyone would like to be involved.

Parus Life is located on the perimeter of Lypynskoho Street, Tuchapskoho and Horodnytska Streets and being a part of the modern residential complex “PARUS” at 26, Lypynskoho Street. Due to this, Parus Life can use all the features of residential complex infrastructure in the Lypynskoho Street. And this is more than 3000 m2 of commercial premises; among them are: supermarket, fitness center, the cafe and many other entertainment and service infrastructure facilities.

Througt the windows of the residential complex Parus Life opens up a great look at one of the most beautiful symbols of Lviv – famous High Castle. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows provide a stunning sense of space and give a lot of opportunities for realization the most incredible design solutions.

In 1-4 sections of Parus Life, 138 apartments were designed with one, two and three bedrooms with the area of 41 m2. We did our best to create joint space for a family to enjoy real comfort; that is why a joint kitchen-living room is provided in each apartment. 2-level penthouses are located on the 8th and 9thfloors. This unique apartment format makes it possible to arrange a real fireplace, outdoor terrace, “second light” in the drawing room. Located on the top floor, the penthouse overlooks the most charming panorama, as the height always offers more prospects.
