Residential complex with the best modern and innovative architecture
On 2-nd of December the Ukrainian Building Community conducted the ceremony of rewarding the best residential complexes of KYIV and AREA which took place at the IQ Business Center.
Ukrainian Building Community named winners in 13 nominations. Residential complexes were estimated using classifier of the real estate, offered by a company City Development Solutions. An independent consultant of rating the best residential complexes of Kyiv and Kyiv area was a company Baker Tilly Ukraine, that preferentially checked up the questionnaires of participants and carefully studied on authenticity the questionnaires of companies that appeared in trinity of leaders in each of nominations. There were 489 participant in the competition. Parus won an award in nomination: "Residential Complex With The Best Modern And Innovative Architecture”
